1.  What are the costs associated with your services?
The physician consultation fee is $150.00. Your first consultation and all orders resulting from this consultation will need to be paid by Money Order or Cashier's check. Once you register for a consult you will receive information via email regarding the details of making your payment. Your second consult and subsequent orders may be charged to your credit card. Prior to using your credit card, BQH requires you to sign and fax the Credit Authorization Form. Because we are not a pharmacy, we are unable to provide medication prices from our website.Questions about pricing must be emailed to customer service at: support@bestqualityhealth.com.
2.  How do I request a doctor consultation?
If you have an ongoing or chronic medical condition, fill out the Medical Health Profile; fax us a copy of your valid photo ID, a physical exam and copies of your medical records.
3.  What type of Medical Records are required?
Medical Records needed are records from your physician that relate to your pre-existing condition.  You must submit a physical exam dated within the last 12 months.  Other records may include doctor notes, x-ray reports, lab work and MRI reports.  Your records must clearly communicate the visit date, doctor contact information and your medical condition and/or treatment.
4.  What type of photo identification is required?
Your legible photo ID may be your driver's license, military ID, State issued ID, or a passport.  It also needs to match your current address or a note stating why it does not match must be submitted.
5.  What happens during the physician's consultation?
The physician will go over your medical condition, review your medical records and history, and ask you questions concerning your condition.  The physician will then discuss a treatment plan with you.
6.  Is it safe to use my credit cards?
Yes, it is safe to use your credit cards as we have a secure sever (SSL) that scrambles your credit card information so that no one can access your account information.
7.  What if my consultation does not result in a prescription?
You will be refunded the consultation cost minus a $25.00 administrative processing fee.  Please note the $25.00 administration fee is non-refundable.
8.  How long does this process take?
It takes between 12 - 48 hours if the information you sent is complete and accurate.  For faster service please fax legible copies of your valid government issued photo ID, detailed medical records, any x-rays, MRI, lab results you have pertaining to your condition and a complete physical exam right after completing your medical history questionnaire.  You will need medical records no older than 12 months old.  Details of required documentation can be found by clicking required documents  Please fax medical records with our cover page to (818)827-4755.
9.  What is the advantage of getting a consultation with you?
We provide top notch customer service through consultations and caring physicians that will take the time to discuss your medial condition and therapy with you.
10. What is the minimum age to use your service?
You must be 21 years of age or older to use our service.
11. What physicians does Best Quality Health use?
We have a network of U.S. licenses physicians who are independent contractors.
12. Do you accept insurance?
No, at this time we are unable to accept insurance plans.
13. Does the consultation fee include refills?
No, your consultation fee does not guarantee or include the price of refills.  Medications are billed separately and are not included in the price of a physician's consultation.
14. If I have missed my scheduled consultation, what do I do?
You will automatically be scheduled for the next business day at the same time.  If you will be unable to consult at this time, please contact us and we will be happy to re-schedule you.
15. Who can I contact if I'm having technical difficulties navigating through Best Quality Health?

16. Can I sign up for your service using a post office box (P.O. Box) as my address?
No.  You can only use a street address which may be your home or office.
17. Can I order medications during the sign up process?
No, you can not.  All you need to do during the sign up process is to state your chief medical condition.  During your consultation, the physician will go over your condition and your records and make a determination as to the best treatment for you.
18. What if my order is late?
Best Quality Health is not responsible for any late deliveries or any delays that the pharmacy may be having.  When you agree to our Terms and Conditions, you agree to this policy.
19. I received my package, I did not receive my medication in the package; bottle/pills missing or crushed
Inspect your package immediately before signing for it.  If you suspect anything unusual about it DO NOT sign for it and refuse.  Once it is signed for you are responsible for that package.  If damage was done you must contact the shipper not us or the pharmacy.

Before the pharmacy sends out your medication it is counted and initialed at least three times before final packaging is done.  If pills are missing after the package has been signed for you will need to contact your local police department and shipper.  We cannot replace medication that is claimed missing or crushed.  The pharmacy must account for all controlled substances in stock by law.
20. If I have a question about my medication after receipt, who do I call?
